Adrian Lenagan has experience at Director level across a wide range of sectors and commercial environments. Alongside his role as Co-founder of Competence Development, in 2008 Adrian set up a Fine Wine Consultancy where he remained CEO prior to exit in 2014. He has held Director-level roles within the Education sector and is a co-founding Director of a digital production company (shortstories).
